Nov. 15th, 2006 11:55 pmyoga rocks!
I can look behind myself.
seems like such a small thing, doesnt it?
its not. you'd be suprised how often you need to do it, and when you have to step around to do it each time or else throw your back out it gets pretty old.
and now I can rotate from the waist up and see behind myself while sitting.
I can even do it without rotating by curling aorund my T4 vertebra. how cool is that???
next thing you know I'll be able to sit on my feet like a normal person. or so they promise me. we'll see!!!
on an unrelated note, its so cold that Circe is letting Archie snuggle up to her without having a hissy fit (literally). of course in a couple minutes, Archie will blow it by deciding to chomp on her ear or something. (he is the poster child of intimacy issues...get cozy and then for no discernable reason decide to show your affection by leaping on her from a great height and wrastle her to the ground? sound familiar? ;)
Sheesh! Boys!
