do you ask the cooks etc to donate the costs of foodstuffs? do you accept monetary donations for that on top of ticket prices?
What about something like this? See if areas of the Kingdom (or Kingdoms) will donate their special local produce. Such as wine from Vulcanfeldt, apples from Crane Haven, wheat from Wealdsmere, and split peas & lentils from ummmmm, etc. (Obviously I'm most familiar with Inlands farming)
This might just provide a portion of the available foods, but it could be fun.
